Physiology

Appearance
Toshimi is a 4'11 Japanese girl with light pink hair tied in curled pigtails (or "hair drills" as the anime community would call it).
She has purple eyes, fair skin & is rather petite in her body type.
Her sense of style is ever changing & she's always wearing something different. However, she usually likes casual clothes, traditional Japanese clothes, Lolita & (usually pink & black) mall goth/pastel goth/grunge/alternative/scene styles.She's never seen not wearing her signature round glasses & black bows.Psychic Powers
She possess powers of her mind, such as telekinesis, psychometry, flight, etc.
She can even use her psychic energy to create weapons that disappear after use.
However, the use of her psychic powers are very draining & she barely, if at all, uses them as she doesn't want people to know she has them.
Her powers are also very unstable & unpredictable, where she often can't control them if attempted use.In the times she has used her powers, she only uses the passive ones as she's not really the aggressive type & doesn't want to use them on friends.
The only time she's used her more violent powers is during a serious fight (while limiting herself) or if she snaps.

Personality

Toshimi is more often a very kind & polite person, she would never wish harm on others & would want to help them however she can.
She is usually hard working, optimistic & always looks on the brighter side of things.
She often gives people the benefit of the doubt, even if they don't deserve it & tries to see the good in everyone, even if they are pure evil.However, she's often too naive & easy to trick & manipulate into doing whatever she is told, even if its something bad, as long as she doesn't know exactly what she's doing.
This doesn't mean she doesn't know how to stand up for herself & her morals or others, if she can see you have malicious intentions, she wont let it go unnoticed.Of course, she has her own morals & boundaries, such as not wanting to hurt others or get into conflict due to being rather sensitive & will avoid conflict at any given opportunity.
However, there are times where she will ignore her morals & break her boundaries if its for the greater good.Positive traits

Despite her bubbly personality, she's repressed a lot of hardship & trauma. She masks her mental & emotional instability with a forced smile & will only open up about it to people she trusts.
She also possess signs of ADHD.Whenever she or her loved ones is under immediate danger where it could end in her's or her loved one's death, she'll lose all control over herself & her emotions, almost becoming a completely different person. During this time, she will use her psychic powers rather recklessly & always have a weapon made of psychic energy. During this, she will threaten, taunt & laugh at the target, mostly speaking Japanese.This state of being has a few phases;
• Phase One is when she snaps. She loses all emotional & physical control & seemingly shuts down, reactivating with only one objective in mind, remove the threat.• Phase Two is after the threat is recognized, to which she will become violent & attack the threat at all costs. She will attack, chase & terrorize the threat until it is dead unless neutralized before hand.• Phase Three is a rare phase in which the threat proceeds in murdering the loved one she is trying protect. Here, she will become increasingly more violent & stubborn to bring down the more time it takes to kill the threat.• Phase Four A is when the threat is either dead or neutralized, where she comes down from the adrenaline & revel in the victory with maniacal laughter, showing how her sanity is on a steep decline. After which, she will become completely still & basically shut off & will wake up later on knowing she lost control & knowing that person wasn't her.• Phase Four B is if the threat overpowers her or she herself puts her loved one in direct danger.
In order to not allow her enemy the glory of killing her or to restore honor to her name & display a show of grief, she will commit seppuku & die.
This phase is very rare & was only seen once in Rp. Its one of the reasons why this state of being is incredibly dangerous for her & it is best to remove the threat calmly & being her down gently.

• Her mental health references my own in which I will snap into this state where I am not me & can't control myself or what I say, no thought in my head, just saying what my emotions tell me to say, I often come out of it wondering why & feeling as if it wasn't me.
After which, I feel emotionally exhausted & fall asleep.
My only theory to why Im like that is I have some undiagnosed mental problem that needs attending to.• While her last name & psychic powers comes from Saiki Kusuo No Psinan, she is multi-fandom or non-fandom.• She used to be a Keronian from Sgt Frog mixed with elements of the Saiki No Psinan anime & had many changes over time. She's still under development.• She's not human.• She is both a reflection of myself (such as having signs of ADHD & the representation of my experience with a personality disorder, her taste in fashion & some music & parts of her personality)
